Purchasing our products

Ordering early:

We would like you to keep in mind that our standard products are usually in stock. However we tend to run low on inflatable boats by early summer. The customized standard products are not. If you want something special, you should get us an order early.

Current credit card issues:

At this time we cannot take credit card numbers over the internet because of internet wide PCI compliance issues. We are working on the problem, investigating different options. For now the solution is to have you call in your CC number. We can also call you, if the phone number you give us is a good day time contact phone number. You can leave instructions to call in the special instruction box. Please do not email CC numbers! Apparently there is a lot of CC theft on the internet, and we want to protect our customers. We do not store credit card numbers in our own computers. So you need not worry about our system getting compromised.

Thank you for supporting our business. We hope that you will keep in touch, tell us what you like, and do not like about our products. Your feedback helps us make better products for everyone. We do not pretend to be the best Whitewater Rafters, the most knowledgeable Biologists, or the Oil and Gas field experts. We do know how to make things out of Coated, and inflatable fabric. We have lots of experience about how our materials and processes have produced products that work in different environments and systems. We like to share that information with new customers to produce new products.
