Les Gage: loading the Big Brother on the Middle Fork of the Salmon in Idaho
Had a great MF trip...lots of fun, and that "Big Brother" countines to amaze me...I rowed that sucker (lead boat of 4 plus 6 yaks) and carried, 12 gallons of water, the shitter, a small dry box, a butan tank, shower, large assorted bags(2) of trash, three dry bags, 3 roll up tables, a tent fly, water pump, 120qt ice chest (with food and drinks), and assorted other gear...and it handled well...so much so that a friend of mine who lives in Colorado who has a 16' Hyside, now wants a "Jacks" boat...so what do you have in stock in 14' and 16' we could fix him up with? also he wants a fullsize poco pad? let me know and maybe we can sell him a boat(s)....
